Your Energy Is Your Message
Every thought you think is energy. Every feeling you hold creates a frequency. And that frequency sends a message, not only to the universe but also to the animals who share your space. Animals are highly attuned to energy. They sense what’s underneath your words—what you’re really feeling—and they respond to that.
You may have the best of intentions with your animal, but if you’re feeling frazzled, anxious, or disconnected from yourself, your pet can pick up on that and mirror it back in their behavior.
They may become anxious, withdrawn, hyperactive, or seem to ignore you—not because they don’t love you, but because they’re reacting to the energy you’re unconsciously sending out.
Why Pets Respond to Frequency
Think of your energy like a radio signal. If you’re tuned to a static-filled station of stress and scattered thoughts, that’s the signal your pet receives. But if you shift to a calmer, more grounded frequency, your pet will begin to respond to that clarity.
This doesn’t mean you need to be perfect all the time. It just means that when you begin to observe your energy and shift it intentionally, you open up a clearer channel of communication—not just energetically, but intuitively and emotionally too.
How to Shift What You’re Broadcasting
Not sure what energy you’re putting out? A simple way to find out is to pause and ask yourself: “What am I broadcasting right now?” Then check in with your body, your breath, and your emotional tone. This practice alone can be a powerful way to start reclaiming your frequency.
Here’s a quick and gentle body-based practice to bring you back into alignment:
Pause and notice your breath. Don’t change it—just observe it for a few seconds.
Do a slow body scan. Start from your feet and work your way up to your head. Notice areas of tension, warmth, or stillness. Breathe into each area gently as you move through it.
Name the energy you’re currently carrying. Are you tense, worried, hopeful, calm? There’s no wrong answer—awareness is what matters.
Set a gentle intention. For example: “I choose to be a calm, grounded presence for my animal right now.”
Visualize shifting your frequency. You might imagine changing the dial on a radio, turning static into a clear signal. Or simply visualize your energy softening, stabilizing, and coming into harmony.
A Clearer Channel for Connection
When you tune into yourself first, you make space for deeper connection with your animal. They feel your clarity and confidence. They know you’re present, not just physically but energetically. And from that place, communication flows—whether through intuitive hits, behavioral shifts, or subtle, unspoken understanding.
So the next time you’re wondering why your animal is acting a certain way or you’re struggling to get through to them, pause and ask: “What am I broadcasting?”
Because when you shift your frequency, you shift the relationship.
