It’s a gentle energetic and intuitive process that helps open a channel of communication with your pet, a beloved animal in spirit, your angels, or any energy you feel called to connect with. It invites you into a receptive, attuned state — one where messages can be felt, sensed, and received.

Begin with Awareness
Start by bringing your attention to the space between your eyebrows, often referred to as the mind’s eye or third eye.
Let your awareness gently rest there.
Then, with intention, imagine lowering your awareness down from that space — as if taking an elevator — all the way into your heart center.
Breathe into this space.
Let your attention settle into your heart as if you’re breathing and sensing from within your chest.
This shift from thinking to feeling is where intuitive animal communication begins.
Open to Receive
In this heart-centered space, gently set the intention to connect.
Whether it’s with a pet, an animal in the afterlife, your spirit guides, or the universal energy around you, allow the connection to form through your openness to receive.
You might ask:

What is there for me to know that I do not already know?
-
What message is here for me?
-
What are you feeling?
And then — just feel.
No need to analyze.
Let it come in whatever form it chooses: a sensation in the body, an image, a word, a symbol, or simply an energetic presence.
Even something like a spontaneous sneeze can be a sign — often viewed as a light nudge from the higher realms to pay attention.
Let Subtle Messages Arrive
Messages may be clear and direct, or they may arrive more like a puzzle — subtle, symbolic, or layered.
It’s okay if it doesn’t all make sense right away.
The information can unfold after the experience, like dream images that become clearer in reflection.
Spend as much time as feels right — whether it’s five minutes or twenty.
When the moment feels complete, thank whoever you were connecting with.
Then, take a few minutes to write down what came through.
Even a single phrase or emotion is worth noting.
This process helps you strengthen your intuitive muscle — the one that allows you to feel what your pet is trying to tell you, to sense the presence of a beloved animal in spirit, or to connect with guidance that lives beyond words.
The more you practice, the more natural it becomes to access this receptive state — even during day-to-day life.
It’s a gentle rewiring of how we listen — not just with our ears, but with our energy.
