How to Breathe Into Balance for You & Your Pets

How to Breathe Into Balance for You & Your Pets

Today I would like to share a super easy and effective breathing exercise that will help you quickly feel more calm, clear, balanced, and grounded in the present moment.  As an animal communicator and pet communicator, I often feel the human’s unbalanced energy from the animal’s perspective.

This exercise is very helpful to do when you feel stressed, scattered, anxious and tense.

This is especially helpful if you are working and communicating with animals and/or other people because it will clear the energies that distract and drain you so you can be your best self as you communicate and connect with others.  And most importantly you will more clearly connect and communicate with your innermost self.

Taking just a few minutes to practice the breathing exercise will release tension, restore inner balance and strengthen your intuition.

Watch this video below to see me discuss more, or continue reading below:

Begin by crossing your arms across your chest and place the tips of your fingers on the collarbone.

Keeping the fingers in place for the duration this process:

Inhale and Exhale all the way…

Inhale halfway and hold…

Inhale all the way and hold…

Exhale halfway and hold…

Allow the rest of your breath to exhale and have a full, normal breath…in and out.

Still keeping your arms crossed, make a loose fist with each hand, and place the knuckles (middle joint) on the collarbone.

Keeping your fingers in place for the duration of the set:

Inhale and Exhale all the way…

Inhale halfway and hold…

Inhale all the way and hold…

Exhale halfway and hold…

Allow the rest of your breath to exhale  and have a full, normal breath…in and out.

If needed, repeat this exercise, but usually completing it one or two times will do the trick in relaxing, re-centering and reinvigorating you.

Give this exercise a try and let me know how it works for you!

Michael. Can you do a reading for more than one pet? I have a lame horse that the vet cannot pinpoint the problem and then my 10 year old dog I would like to understand better. Thank you
