Today I would like to talk about how to set a tone to a ritual of calm and peace for yourself and your pets, and how this will improve your animal communication.

Meditation can be challenging for many people because their mind is always racing and the body is often feeling tense.

And when we are not regularly practicing a feeling of calm and peace, such as through a form of meditation, this can get in the way of us clearly communicating and leading our pets.

Sound is very powerful in quickly shifting our energy….. for better or worse.

For example, there may be certain sounds such as a siren or a phone ringing that trigger a response in you as well as your pets.  Doorbells are a perfect example, as well as fireworks and thunder …and even leaf blowers!

On the flip side, other sounds may trigger feelings of calm and peace…such as running water, Tibetan sound bowls, church bells, wind chimes, and music.

A really simple yet powerful way to help you and your pets to quickly feel a sense of calm and peace is by associating a sound and tone when you feel calm and peaceful.

Take a few minutes to meditate and get into a calm and peaceful mental, emotional, and energetic state and space.

Focus on calm deep breaths to further root yourself in this peaceful feeling.

Once you are feeling truly calm and peaceful, play a sound or tone as a way of marking your feeling and experience.

For example, you could have a sound ready to play on your phone, something like a peaceful chime, bell, or even ocean wave that you know brings you a deep sense of calm and peace.

Each day, take a few minutes to practice a form of meditation and create a ritual with it, even if it’s just for a few minutes, beginning with playing your tone or sound, and calming your mind, body, and spirit.

Through this ritual, you will create an imprint in your consciousness when you hear this tone so every time you hear it, it will quickly shift your energy into a state of calm.

Your animals will benefit from this when you include them in this meditation.

As you practice your calm and peace meditation and play your tone and sound, make sure your animals are with you.

Animals are sensitive to energy and they will feel your vibration shift, while associating the sound and tone you play with this shift in energy into a calm and peaceful state.

The more you practice this meditation ritual, the deeper the imprint of this peaceful sound and tone you and your pets will receive.

Soon you will be able to place the tone or sound and not only will you quickly shift into a feeling of calm and peace, your animals will also shift into feelings of calm and peace.

Rather than your dog being set off by a doorbell, your dog will relax and surrender when they hear the tone you have associated with your meditative experience through your practice and repetition creating this calm and peaceful imprint in you both.

Try this method out, pick a tone and give yourself some time to consistently practice and create a ritual, even just for a few minutes a day.

The more you practice, the deeper the calm and peaceful imprint will be within you and your pets ….and the easier it will be for you to meditate.

And if I can be of any additional assistance…whether it be through animal communication, helping you overcome behavior challenges with your pets, pet psychic questions, personal coaching for you to help you navigate life…..I am more than happy to help!

  • Hello Michael:
Hope everything is well with you, your animals, etc. I have been using various tones & sounds for ions to relax, calm myself.
I never really used it for my animals. However, with my previous dog “Chase Rose”, I would use a small hand held bell to get my
dog’s attention. It worked like a charm and my dog used to love it. It was his own happy sound. Also, “Sadie Rose” likes various
    peaceful, happy tones.
I personally find the sound of a fan very calming although it’s not exactly a tone. Also, wind chimes are great and outdoor birds chirping &, singing… I use various tones without meditation. Do you advise everyone to use tones alone or with a meditation? I wanted
to make sure I was understanding you completely.
    Thanks again, Roseann I.
